Profile

Yin-Anaab Mukasa Zoogah is a native of Tongo in the Talensi District of the Upper East Region; born in Bawku on 26 April, 1974. A catholic by religion and married. He obtained primary education in Tongo and had has secondary education at Bawku and Navrongo secondary schools, where he obtained GCE ordinary and advance level certificates respectively.  He proceeded to KNUST for his undergraduate and postgraduate education. His working experience include, being an Economic teacher for four years at the secondary level and working as a District Planning Officer for ten years with the MLG&RD. He has facilitated the preparation of three District Medium Term Development Plans (DMTDPS), led the Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects and Programmes and served as a secretary to District Planning Coordinating Units of three District Assemblies. He also was a member of statutory and adhoc committees within the District Assembly and the Local Government System.

He is a staff of KNUST, engaged as a Zonal Coordinator (Assistant Registrar)- Northern Zone of the Institute of Distance Learning and responsible for the management of the Tamale, Bolgatanga and Wa learning centres.
