During his time at the Treasury, Mike was involved with the administration and Management of University’s Investments as well as the administration and Management of GETFund and TALIF (World Bank Project) receipts and Disbursements with a total fund of $5 million. Mike was also involved in securing a loan of $1 million from Messrs Oikocredit International, Holland for the construction of the Osei-Tutu Medical Centre at the University Hospital.
