I have been a fellow of the Ghana College of Surgeons since 2014, obtained my Specialist in Anaesthesia from the Universitaets Klinikum Ulm, Germany in 2010 and my MbChB from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2000. I have been a practicing Anaesthesiologist at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital since 2004 and an adjunct senior lecturer for KNUST since 2012.

I have about 11 publications, some in peer review journals. I have considerable experience in teaching and examining: residents in anaesthesia, medical and dental students, nurses, physician assistants and non-physician anaesthetist at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST), University of Cape Coast Medical School(UCC-SMS), University for Development Studies(School of Medicine & Health Sciences) and Garden City University (Kumasi). 

I have been the lead Anaesthesiologist for Ghana Cleft Foundation and Smile Train where over 300 surgeries for cleft lip and palate repair have been done in different parts of the country. I have also been involved in surgical outreaches in Sierra Leone.
