    4. Teaching and supervision of internal medicine residents (senior and junior) undergoing training as medical Specialists in the Directorate of Medicine, KATH under the auspices of the West African College of Physicians since 2010

    Other Professional/ Clinical experience

    1. Since 1 November 2013: Senior Specialist Physician, KATH – in this role, I have clinical, teaching and administrative responsibilities in the department of medicine. I am responsible for running weekly physician specialist clinics. I also provide bi-weekly emergency medicine cover at the medical emergency department. I teach/ supervise internal medicine residents, medical officers and Housemanship trainees.
    1. Beginning 2014 till 2017 – Registrar/ Fellow in Nuclear Medicine, Division of Nuclear Medicine, Department of Radiation Medicine, Groote Schuur Hospital, University of Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa
    1. April 2012 – October 2012: Research Assistant, Infection and Immunity Institute, St George’s Hospital, London, UK. Worked in the laboratory of Dr Mark Wansborough-Jones. Was involved in tissue and cell culture techniques for development of new diagnostic tools and immunopathogenesis of buruli ulcer disease
