  19. A member of an international team that prepared the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan for the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy, 2003 – 2005: An Agenda for Growth and Prosperity. Sponsored by DFID-Ghana. My role as a team member was to design the participatory aspect of the M and E, including the role of civil society in social and public accountability, using participatory approaches. 2003.
  20. A study of Energy, Poverty and Sustainable Livelihoods in Urban Communities, 2002. Commissioned by Ghana Energy Foundation and sponsored by DfiD. Worked in a team of three persons.
  21. Training of Trainers Workshop for selected Female Lawyers from West Africa who handle cases related to Disinheritance Rights for Women, 2002. I was hired with two other trainers from Southern Africa by the International Human Rights Law Group, Washington DC, USA who sponsored the training workshop.
  22. Development of a Training Strategy for Local Government Sector in Ghana, 2002. Sponsored by the European Union.  Local partner that worked with two others from and for Edburgh Consultants, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
  23. Urban Governance, Partnerships and Poverty, 2001.  Research carried out for the International Development Department, School of Public Policy, University of Birmingham and sponsored by ESCOR/DFID.
  24. A study on Safety Nets in Ghana, 2000. Commissioned by Save the Children, UK, Ghana Office.
  25. Facilitator for Centre for the Development of People (a local NGO) in a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Training Workshop for Ministry of Health Research Staff throughout the country, which was sponsored by DFID. This was followed up with supervision of the trainees on the field where they were using the PRA skills to map out Health Inequalities in the country for Ministry of Health. November – December, 1999.
  26. Assessment of Capacity Building Needs for Community Water and Sanitation Agency in seven district assemblies in Eastern and Greater Accra Regions of Ghana. Commissioned by (TREND), 2000.
  27. Facilitated three workshops organized by Structural Adjustment Programme Review Initiative (SAPRI) for the World Bank on Civil Society's expectations of the World Bank's Country Assistance Strategy for Ghana, November – December, 1999.
  28. Resource person at a Gender Awareness Workshop organised by the Centre for the Development of People (CEDEP) for Afigya Sekyere District Assembly, Agona, Ashanti Region, Ghana. October, 1999.
  29. Member (local) of a DANIDA Evaluation Team from Denmark on the evaluation of “Non-performance of maize dryers installed at Agogo by DANIDA, with special focus on women maize farmers and traders”. 1993.
  30. Prepared a policy paper on ‘Policy Guidelines for Institution Building -The Case of Dangme West District’. Policy paper prepared for the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Ghana, 1992.
