Ms. Joana Kyei-Dompim is an Assistant Lecturer at the Nursing Department of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She holds a masters in Mphil Nursing from KNUST and a First  class in Bachelor of Science in  Nursing from the University of Ghana, Legon. She has a number of  publications in peer review journals and also serve as  reviewer in reputable journal like BMC Nursing Journal (Published by Springer Nature).

Prior to her appiontment at KNUST, she was a Principal Nurse Educator ( Tutor) for nine ( 9) years at St Micheal Nursing and Midwifery Training College, where she taught, assessed, supervised and mentored nursing and midwifery students in achieving their profesional education.
