Professional/Teaching Experience
Began her professional nursing creer in 2002, gaining extensive clinical experience in diverse healthcare settings. her clinical practice provided a strong foundation in maternal and child health, reproductive health and conmunity-based nursing care.
Transitioned into academia and served as a tutor at Nursing and Midwifery Training College, where she actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, curriculum implementation and clinical supervions. during this period (2009 - 2022), she contributed significantly to the training and professional development of nurses and midwives in Ghana.
In 2022, Dr. Hagan joined KNUST as a lecturer in Public Health Nursing. In this role, she is engaged in undergraduate teaching, research supervision, curriculum development and scholarly research aligned with national and global public health priorities.
