Led the pedagogy team to develop pedagogy courses for the four-year B.Ed curriculum used in 32 colleges of education and and four universities training teachers. Have also led the development of course manuals and professional development manuals for tutors in colleges of education teaching the B.Ed programme.

Have led the development of over masters and doctoral programmes for the Faculty of Educational Studies, KNUST.

Have won grants for projects sponsored by the Forum for African Women Educationalist (FAWE) and the Education Research Network for Western and Central Africa (ERNWACA)
