James Frimpong is a Senior Administrative Assistant at the Faculty of Educational Studies, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi-Ghana. He holds a First-Class Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Social Work from KNUST. He also holds Executive Diploma in Biblical Studies and Management form The Successful Ministers Academy, United Kingdom and Teacher's Certificate 'A' from the Institute of Education, University of Cape Coast-Ghana.

As an astute teacher/educationist, he has served in numerous educational capacities/committees including Examination, Time Table, Disciplinary and Academic. He also served as the Master-In-Charge of Cadet, Sports, Debate and Counselling. He has empowered many with his influence. He has the conviction that influence is impactful but manipulation is deceptive and abusive. He has enormous experiences across the span of Ghana's educational sector having taught in Senior High, Junior High and Primary Schools and serving as Subject Teacher (Government/Social Studies/Mathematics), Head of Department, Housemaster, Class Teacher and Assistant Headteacher
