ADELINE ANGKOSAALA is my name.  I am a Principal Administrative Assistant in the Registrar’s Offices but currently attached to the Office of the Dean, KNUST School of Business.  Ms. Angkosaala started work in KNUST as an Administrative Assistant in August, 2006 and rose through the ranks to her present status by dint of hard work and length of service to the University.  Before joining KNSUT, Ms. Angkosaala worked as a Pupil Teacher from January, 2000 to January, 2002.  In 2015, she was awarded the MOST DEDICATED AND HARDWORKING STAFF during the 10^th Anniversary celebration of KNUST School of Business.

My thirteen-year experience working with this noble and reputable Institution, KNUST, has broadened my knowledge and scope of work in the educational setting.  I am a dependable young woman, calm, confident and trustworthy.  I am well-organised and results oriented.  I am full of initiative and can plan my workload efficiently and effectively; and I can comfortably work alone or as a part of a team.  Above all, I have high sense of responsibility and commitment to duty.  All these attributes won me the award of MOST DEDICATED AND HARDWORKING STAFF in 2015 during the School of Business' 10th Anninversary Celebration.  I have the desire to join the academic staff of this institution of higher learning which will utilise my research and analytical skills to the fullest. 

Ms. Angkosaala, prior to joining to KNUST was a holder of the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management Studies degree received from Kumasi Polytechnic now known as Kumasi Technical University.  Ms. Angkosaala was not in any way perturbed but determined to move up higher the academic ladder.  She took advantage of the academic environment that she found herself in and undertook further studies. Currently, she is a proud holder of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (HRM Option) and Master of Philosophy in Business Administration (HRM Option) certificates which were all received from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2014 and 2018 respectively.  Ms. Angkosaala is at the moment, pursing a PhD programme in Organisational Leadership with a research interest in ‘sustainable performance, the role of leadership orientation and green citizenship behaviour.

Ms. Angkosaala also served on numerous committees in KNUST as a secretary including Committee to work on petition for the ratification of error in Quantitative Analysis (ISD 551) Examination Grade in the KNUST Graduate School Database, Committee to review Management of Guest Houses on Campus for possible operation under Public/Private Partnership (PPP), Committee to investigate alleged assault and battery of Mr. Kingsley Yarbo, a Security Staff at the School of Business, KNUST School of Business Staff Welfare Scheme, KSB Welfare Constitution Review Committee, Committee on Performance Appraisal, KNUST and Committee to develop a strategic Plan for the KNUST School of Business.  She also served as a College Representative for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences under the 2016/2017 GRASAG leadership as well as being class representatives during her masters and undergraduate programmes studies.
