Mr. Edmund Nelson Amasah is a lecturer at the Commercial Law Department of the Faculty of Law, KNUST with more than 10 years teaching experience in both the Public Universities and the Private Universities. He teaches the Commercial Law and Insurance Law. He has also previously taught Ghana Legal System, Contract Law and Tort Law in other faculties of the University, KNUST.
His research interest lies in topics in the Insurance Law and Practice, Commercial Law and Consumer Protection and he has published in these areas and attended conferences and workshops, among other things. He is presently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law KNUST where he is researching into “Insurance Claims Denial Based on Bad Faith: Using Enhanced Consumer Measures as an Instrument for Protection in the Ghanaian Insurance Industry.”
He is a DFID/Commonwealth Trust Scholar.
