Dr. Frimpong is the head of the department and a lecturer at the Department of Radiology at KNUST School of Medical Sciences. He is also the CEO and Consultant at Spectra Health.

His clinical interest includes Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Frimpong has to his credit publications in peer review journals. He has as well undertaken national and international presentations.
