Professor joseph Opoku-Buabeng is a Medical practitioner, a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon at the Komfo Anokye teaching Hospital and a Lecturer at the School of Medicine and Dentistry, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. 

Ho obtained his medical degree from the University of Rome and Manchester University.

He is a Fellow of the West Africa College of Surgeons and the Ghana College of Surgeon. His research interest areas are in Allergology and Pediatric otorhinolaryngology.
