- In collaboration with the Medtronic Labs; A New Model of Hypertension Management has been developed which is currently being used by some hospitals locally and Internationally
- Involved in establishing Cardiology Services and Postgraduate Fellowship (Specialist) Training in Cardiology at the Directorate of Medicine Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi
- Has supervised the Fellowship training of 3 Cardiologists for the Fellowship (Internal Medicine with Cardiology subspecialty) of the West African College of Physicians
- Currently supervising 2 Senior Residents in Cardiology Fellowship Training
- Leading Local Cardiologist n Cardiac Surgical and Device implantations at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi for the following Cardiac Missions:
- Cardiostart International (World Heart Foundation affiliate) Cardiac Mission to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi, in February 2009, February 2010 and April 2013. and February 2016
- Guangdong Cardiovascular Institute, Guangzhou, China, Cardiac Missions to KATH, Kumasi in December 2015 and July 2016
