Dr. Rejoice Esenam Nyarku graduated with Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the School of Veterinary Medicine, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana in 2015. After graduation she was retained in the school for her one-year house job (internship).

 Dr. Nyarku has worked with the Veterinary Services Department of Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Ghana as a Project Assistant on a PREDICT-USAID project in collaboration with the wildlife department, VSD. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Veterinary Science Tropical Diseases, with distinction from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2020.

 She is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Clinical Studies, School of Veterinary Medicine, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
