Ebenezer Adjei Bediako, Esq. is a lawyer and legal academic, and a Lecturer in the Department of Private Law, Faculty of Law, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is a proud alumnus of KNUST. He joined the University as a Teaching Assistant under the National Service Scheme, after successfully completing the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law in 2010, where he was the best graduating student in the Law of Taxation.
Following the completion of his national service, he was offered permanent employment by the University in 2012. He began his academic career as a Principal Research Assistant, he was promoted to the rank of Chief Research Assistant, and has steadily risen through the ranks to his current position as a Lecturer. He is currently pursing PHD in Law at KNUST.
Beyond KNUST, Mr. Adjei Bediako has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (USTED), then University of Education, Winneba Kumasi Campus. He has also contributed to corporate governance and has served as a director of Odotobri Community Bank PLC, and Otuasekan Community Bank PLC.
In legal practice, he did his pupillage at George Sarpong & Associates, Kumasi, and later joined Owusu–Dapaah Law & Associates as Acting Managing Partner from 2011 to 2016 before establishing his own practice, Adjei Bediako @Law in 2017, where he is the Managing Attorney. Additionally, on 20th July, 2026, appointed a Notary Public for Ghana.
His research interests cover a broad range of areas, including Information Technology Law, Civil Procedure, and Company Law. He has authored and co-authored more than ten publications in refereed journals and scholarly books. He has also participated in numerous academic conferences both within Ghana and internationally.
