Research Projects (Current and Past)

Currently, my research is focused on factors (environmental effects: lifestyle, diet, electrolytes (im)balance etc.) on the development of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and/ or Prostate Cancer in men.

Screening of natural products for their anti-BPH or anti-prostate cancer properties for further development into adjuvant treatments or alternative primary treatments for BPH and/ prostate cancer.
