Before joining Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Dr Stephen Agyeman-Yeboah had spent the previous fourteen years working as Property Manager and Residential Support officer with various organisations in Scotland. Dr Agyeman-Yeboah is currently a Lecturer in Real Estate and Facilities Management at the Department of Land Economy where he leads and teaches a range of Real Estate Management, Real Estate Economics and Facilities Management modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He also has responsibility for supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research within the Department. Apart from his teaching and supervision duties, he is a research-active academic who engages in research consultancy and grant applications.
Dr Stephen Agyeman-Yeboah had his PhD in Urban Studies ( Real Estate) from then the Institute for Housing, Urban and Real Estate Research (Now Urban Institute) at the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society, Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He holds a Masters Degree from Edinburgh Napier University in Property Management and Investment. He also holds Honour degree in Real Estate Management and Higher National Diploma in Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland and Kumasi Polytechnic respectively.
